Writing Class

      Today, I'm going to talk about what I did in this winter. In the blog I posted in December, my goal for winter vacation was to get a driver's license, but I couldn't achieve that goal. I couldn't get my driver's license during the winter vacation, so I'D like to make an effort to get it during the spring vacation.       This winter I tried snowboarding for the first time. Snowboarding was harder than I expected, and I struggled at first, but by the end of the day I was able to do well. It may be difficult to try a new challenge due to the preparation of tools and feelings of anxiety, but after trying the new challenge, I can enjoy a sense of fulfillment, so I will continue to do various things.

      Today I listened to an English podcast of Christmas. The video explained the difference between Christmas in Japan and Christmas in foreign countries. It seems that everyone doesn't eat turkey, chicken, or Christmas cake at Christmas abroad. There also talk about vegan. If you get vegan, you're less likely to get cancer or diabetes.

     Recently I've come to like movies. When I was in high school, I rarely went to the movies and watched the movies on TV. However, since I became a college student, I often go to the cinema to watch movies, and I also often watch movies at home with my friends. I think it was mainly the influence of my friends that I often watched movies like. Because when I went to the friend's house, I often saw movies on Amazon Prime.       The most recent movie I watched was Venom. Marvel was a very interesting movie that I often see. I also often watch horror movie. I'm not really good at scary things can be throbbing and fun. Please tell me your favorite movie.

        I'm going to write about my winter vacation schedule today. Hiroshima University's winter vacation begins on December 25. However, since I am supposed to go to work until the end of the year, I will return to my parents' house on December 30th. So it's a shame I can't spend Christmas with my family. But I'm really looking forward to having a Christmas party with friends from the same department instead of being able to spend Christmas with my family. We book cakes for Christmas parties and pick up presents to exchange presents, and we enjoy the process.      I haven't been able to get a car license yet, so I plan to take the exam when I get home. Since the winter vacation is until January 6th, I will study hard because I have only one chance to take the exam.      I don't plan to play this winter vacation, but I spend time meeting my family and getting a driver's license.      Today I'm going to write about the club that I'm in. I am an executive committee member of festivals such as Yukata Festival and University Festival. As the executive member, I belong to the department that manages the  festival stalls. We confirmed whether the hygiene control of the stalls was thorough and whether COVID-19 infection control was taken.        There are many difficult places such as activities until late at night and busy, but it is very fun and rewarding. The festival will be held next year as well, so I hope everyone will come. This year the scale has been reduced due to the influence of COVID-19, but next year there should be a festival larger than this year. I want to do my best next year as a side to instruct juniors.

      I red an article about mineral. A diamond that formed deep in the earth's mantle contains a mineral never seen before in nature, but it was discovered these days. The discovery is a rare glimpse into the deep mantle and may help reveal new information about the structure of the planet at depths of more than 660 kilometers. In short, it can help geologists better understand how the mantle controls the earth's plate tectonics.
